º Suspéndese en el territorio del municipio de Pacho, el inciso segundo, del artículo 130, del Decreto-ley 1333 de 1986, en lo referente al cumplimiento de las funciones de Jefe de Policía, por parte del alcalde de dicho municipio, que en virtud de las normas de este Decreto se asignan al Comandante Militar, así como las demás normas que sean contrarias al mismo.
