º El Gobernador de Cundinamarca, el Alcalde del Municipio de Pacho y todas las autoridades civiles que ejerzan funciones en esa área geográfica, están obligadas a prestarle al Comandante Militar la colaboración que este requiera para el desempeño de sus funciones en orden a obtener el restablecimiento del orden público en dicho municipio.
