Artículo tercero. El funcionamiento de la Imprenta, la dotación de su personal, las respectivas asignaciones y la reglamentación del trabajo se regirán por las mismas normas que se encontraban vigentes antes de disponerse el traspaso de la Imprenta cuya reversión se dispone en el presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
