º. El no cumplimiento de alguna o algunas de las condiciones anteriormente anotadas, durante los dos años de adjudicación provisional, producirá automáticamente la perdida de todo derecho del premio adjudicado en el Concurso del Niño Sano, y dicho premio o su valor, servirá para aumentar los premios en los concursos de los años posteriores.
