º. Los $ 6.000 destinados por el artículo 1º del Decreto número 0509 de febrero 13 de 1947, para el Concurso Nacional del Niño Sano, se invertirán en la compra de siete (7) cédulas del Banco Central Hipotecario así: una (1) de $ 2.000, dos (2) de $ 1.000 cada una y cuatro (4) de $ 500 cada una, las cuales constituirán premios nacionales para la madre cuidadosa, nodriza o ama de los niños que se declaren premiados en el concurso, y cuya adjudicación se hará en el orden riguroso que se tenga en cuenta para la calificación de los concursantes.
