ARTICULO 2o. El Contralor General de la República podrá asignar, previo señalamiento de los requisitos mínimos que deberán cumplirse, prima técnica a los funcionarios que desempeñen los cargos comprendidos en los niveles Directivo, Asesor, en los grados 4 a 9 del nivel ejecutivo y los comprendidos entre los grados 3 a 5 del nivel profesional.
