Artículo cuarto. La suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) destinada para esta campaña se entregará directamente al Contador Pagador designado por el presente Decreto a fin de que atienda inmediatamente al pago de todos los gastos de la campaña, para lo cual obrará de acuerdo con las normas fijadas por la Contraloría General de la República al respecto.
