Integración Del Consejo Directivo

°. Integración del Consejo Directivo . El Consejo Directivo del Instituto Nacional de Salud, INS, estará integrado por los siguientes miembros

1.

El Ministro de Salud y Protección Social o su delegado que deberá ser el Viceministro de Salud Pública y Prestación de Servicios, quien lo presidirá.

2.

El Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado.

3.

El Director del Departamento Administrativo de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación - Colciencias o su delegado.

4.

El Director General de Promoción y Prevención del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.

5.

Un representante de la Comunidad Científica, designado por el Presidente de la República para periodos de tres (3) años, de terna presentada por el Consejo del Programa Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología en Salud.
