ARTICULO 1o. El personal del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad - DAS - en comisión de servicios en la Presidencia de la República, tendrá derecho a gastos de representación equivalente al 60% del sueldo básico mensual que devengue en el respectivo empleo, los cuales serán cancelados con cargo al presupuesto del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República. Esta asignación no se computará como factor de liquidación de las prestaciones sociales.
