Serán porteados, de porteados con la tarifa, los telegramas que firmen las autoridades sobre asuntos de carácter civil, judicial o administrativo que intereses a particulares, lo mismo que los despachos o exhortos en toda clase de juicios, inclusive los criminales, que hayan de cursar por telégrafo a petición de las partes (artículo 192 del Código Judicial).
