° El funcionario o entidad que goce de franquicia sólo la conservará en el territorio de su jurisdicción. Los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios Especiales la conservarán fuñera de su jurisdicción citando viajen en ejercicio de sus funciones, pero únicamente para comunicaciones oficiales dentro de las disposiciones sobre franquicia, dirigidas a los encargados de la Gobernación, Intendencia o Comisaría, según el caso.
