ARTICULO 8o. La remuneración mensual de los revisores fiscales de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y de las Sociedades de Economía Mixta, sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas, de que trata el artículo 20 de la Ley 45 de 1990, en ningún caso podrá ser superior al ochenta por ciento (80%) de la que corresponda al representante legal de la entidad.
