ARTICULO 4o. Para el año de 1991, la remuneración mensual de los Vicepresidentes, del Secretario General y del Auditor Interno del Banco Central Hipotecario, será igual a la que devengaban los Subgerentes de esa entidad en los doce (12) meses anteriores a la publicación del Decreto 2714 de 1990, dividida entre catorce (14) y ajustada de conformidad con el artículo 1º del presente Decreto.
