ARTICULO 16. La autoridad nominadora de la Universidad Surcolombiana no podrá nombrar, con dedicación del tiempo completo, a una persona que esté desempeñando un empleo docente o administrativo, de igual dedicación. Al momento de posesionarse el futuro docente deberá presentar una declaración juramentada diligenciada ante juez o notario público, de que no está vinculado de tiempo completo en otra entidad oficial de cualquier orden.
