A partir del 31 de diciembre de 2008 ninguna Caja de Compensación Familiar podrá superar el ciento cinco por ciento (105%) del Cuociente Departamental establecido por la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar o la entidad que haga sus veces, en el mes de enero de cada año con los valores totales del año inmediatamente anterior y con el mismo método que se sigue para determinar el Cuociente Nacional.
