º. A partir del 1º de julio de 2003 no podrá haber subsidio monetario de ajuste ni cuotas extraordinaria s. A más tardar el 30 de septiembre de 2003, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar deberán haber pagado las cuotas de ajuste del subsidio monetario correspondientes al primer semestre de 2003, para cumplir con el porcentaje obligatorio del cincuenta y cinco por ciento (55%) señalado en la ley.
