ARTICULO 8o . Cuando la asignación básica mensual de los empleados a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente Decreto sea igual o inferior al doble de la fijada para el grado 01 de la escala de remuneración del nivel operativo, dichos empleados tendrán derecho al reconocimiento y pago de un auxilio mensual de transporte de cuatro mil setecientos siete pesos ($4.707.00) moneda corriente. No habrá lugar a este auxilio cuando la Registraduría preste servicio de transporte a sus empleados.
