Artículo primero. Adiciónase el artículo 1º del Decreto número 3152, de 25 de septiembre de 1947, en el sentido de incluir al personal de los talleres de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales entre los que no están obligados a la jornada de trabajo señalada en el artículo 3º de la Ley 6ª de 1945, mientras se modifica la organización existente, y por el término de noventa (90) días, contados a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto.
