RECUPERACION DE SABANAS Y PLAYONES COMUNALES. Si para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo precedente el Incora encontrare que dentro de los playones o sabanas comunales existen cercas, construcciones, diques o cualquier otro obstáculo que impida el aprovechamiento comunal o el libre y natural flujo de las aguas, la Gerencia General del Incora ordenará adelantar el trámite administrativo para recuperar las sabanas o playones indebidamente ocupados, conforme al procedimiento establecido en el Capitulo III del Decreto 1265 de 1974.
