Delimitadas las áreas que conforman los playones o sabanas comunales, el Incora, previo estudio de la tenencia de la tierra y naturaleza y clase de suelos, así como de la situación socio-económica de los usuarios de las mismas, procederá a elaborar el respectivo reglamento para su uso.
