RESERVA DE TERRENOS COMUNALES. Constituyen reserva territorial del Estado para efectos de su regulación, uso y manejo, todos los "playones y sabanas comunales" existentes en el país, cuyos terrenos y uso correspondan a las características y definiciones señaladas en el presente Decreto.
