La providencia que pone fin al procedimiento de deslinde será notificada personalmente al Procurador Agrario, a los propietarios de los predios colindantes y a quienes hayan alegado derecho de dominio o a sus representantes, en la forma prevista en los artículos 44 y 45 del Código Contencioso Administrativo. Contra esta providencia procede el recurso de reposición, el cual podrá interponerse dentro de los cinco días siguientes a su notificación ante la Gerencia General del Incora.
