RESOLUCION FINAL. Practicadas las pruebas, el Gerente General del Incora mediante resolución motivada decidirá sobre la oposición u oposiciones presentadas, determinará el inmueble por su ubicación, área y linderos técnicos, deslindándolo así de los terrenos de propiedad privada, o determinará las áreas que hayan sido objeto de desecación artificial.
