º DECRETO DE PRUEBAS. Vencido el término previsto en el artículo anterior, el Instituto decretará la práctica de las pruebas que de acuerdo con la ley sean conducentes y ordenará la realización de una diligencia de inspección ocular con intervención de peritos a fin de establecer, entre otros, los siguientes aspectos en relación con las tierras materia de deslinde: Ubicación, área, linderos, topografía, suelos, aguas, ocupantes, condición jurídica bajo la cual éstos adelantan la explotación, el tiempo de permanencia, el área ocupada y en general, la clase o tipo de aprovechamiento económico que se adelante.
