º SOLICITUD DE PRUEBAS. Dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la notificación de la resolución inicial, los colindantes y quienes consideren tener derecho de dominio sobre las tierras objeto del deslinde, podrán oponerse a éste y solicitar y aportar las pruebas tendientes a acreditar los derechos que pretendan. El Instituto podrá de oficio decretar y obtener en cualquier oportunidad las pruebas que estime pertinentes.
