Articulo 4 º La suspensión del Alcalde subsistirá mientras persista la situación de anormalidad, dentro del período para el cual fue elegido o designado el Alcalde, pero, superada esa situación de anormalidad el Alcalde elegido o designado será reintegrado al ejercicio del cargo.
