ARTICULO 4 o. A partir del 1º de enero de 1991 el subsidio de alimentación de los funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Planeación que devenguen asignaciones básicas no superiores a ciento cuarenta y siete mil ciento cincuenta pesos ($147.150.00) moneda corriente, será de cinco mil trescientos cincuenta pesos ($5.350.00) moneda corriente mensuales o proporcional al tiempo servido, pagaderos por la respectiva entidad. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones o se encuentre en uso de licencia.
