ACTA DE ENTREGA. El Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, hará entrega material de los bienes del Fondo Nacional Agrario constituidos como resguardo indígena, al cabildo (s) de la comunidad (es) para lo cual se adquirió el predio (s) o mejoras y se constituyó el resguardo, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes al registro de que trata el artículo anterior. De esta diligencia se levantará un acta suscrita por quienes intervengan en la misma, copia de la cual reposará en el expediente.
