Conversión de reservas en este Capítulo se aplicará para la conversión de reservas indígenas en resguardos y para la ampliación de estos últimos, siempre y cuando no se realicen con bienes del Fondo Nacional Agrario, caso en el cual se aplicará el procedimiento del Capítulo Tercero de este Decreto.
