º CONCEPTO DEL MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO. El expediente que contenga el trámite administrativo tendiente a constituir un resguardo indígena, se remitirá a la División de Asuntos Indígenas del Ministerio de Gobierno, para que esta dependencia emita el concepto de que trata el inciso 3º del artículo 94 de la Ley 135 de 1961, en un término no superior a quince (15) días, contados a partir de la fecha de recibo del expediente.
