º RADICACION. Recibida la solicitud por el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, Incora, o cuando se tenga conocimiento de la necesidad de legalizar la tenencia de la tierra a una comunidad indígena, se conformará el expediente que contenga las diligencias administrativas tendientes a la constitución del resguardo.
