º. Obligaciones especiales . Una vez comunicada al empleado por la autoridad competente la supresión del empleo, éste deberá, dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes al recibo de la comunicación, efectuar la entrega de la documentación, archivo y bienes a su cargo, a las respectivas Comisiones Seccionales del Servicio Civil y Gobernaciones de cada Departamento, según el caso.
