º Las autoridades encargadas de ejercer inspección y vigilancia sobre las actividades de personas jurídicas, velarán por el cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo anterior e impartirán las órdenes que se requieran para que personas no autorizadas suspendan tal práctica cuando se trate de sociedades que no se encuentren sometidas a la inspección permanente del Estado, corresponderá a la Superintendencia de Sociedades el ejercicio de las funciones previstas en el presente artículo.
