ARTICULO 3o. A partir del 1º de enero de 1991, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían percibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 1042 de 1978 y 50 de 1990, se reajustará en el mismo porcentaje en que se incremente su asignación básica mensual de acuerdo a la siguiente escala: Asignación básica 1990 Porcentaje % Hasta $45.399 25 Desde $45.400 en adelante 22 Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo resultaren centavos se desecharán.
