Procedimiento. La imposición de sanciones por contravención en materia de recursos naturales renovables en el Distrito de Manejo Integrado de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (DMI), se hará por parte de la Entidad Administradora, conforme al procedimiento establecido por los Decretos 1608 de 1978, 1541 de 1978, 1681 de 1978, 1300 de 1941 y 284 de 1946. En los casos en que no hubiere procedimiento especial aplicable, se seguirá el previsto en el Código Nacional de Policía. CAPITULO X DISPOSICIONES FINALES.
