El Incora, conforme al ordenamiento territorial, al uso y manejo que se autoricen en la zonificación y a las limitaciones que se propongan dentro del Plan Integral de Manejo del respectivo Distrito de Manejo Integrado de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (DMI) podrá según las atribuciones que le confiere la Ley de Reforma Social Agraria, adelantar los procesos administrativos a que hubiere lugar, para garantizar el desarrollo armónico y sostenible del respectivo Distrito de Manejo Integrado de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (DMI).
