En los Distritos de Manejo Integrado de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (DMI) las instituciones públicas que adelanten o proyecten realizar obras de infraestructura, deberán ceñirse estrictamente a lo establecido en el Plan Integral de Manejo, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las normas ambientales establecidas por el Código Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y de Protección al Medio Ambiente y demás normas reglamentarias.
