Corresponde al Inderena y/o a las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales, la facultad de declarar, alinderar y administrar los Distritos de Manejo Integrado de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (DMI), de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el literal S del artículo 134 del Decreto-ley 501 de 1989 y el artículo 1º del Decreto 1203 de 1989, respectivamente.
