Los recursos naturales renovables serán aprovechados de conformidad con el presente Decreto, con las disposiciones del Código Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y de Protección al Medio Ambiente y normas reglamentarias, prioritariamente por las comunidades humanas asentadas en el DMI, que de manera armónica con los objetivos, planes y programas del respectivo DMI, lo puedan hacer, sin perjudicar su ordenamiento territorial y las limitaciones determinadas para el mismo.
