Con el propósito de alcanzar los objetivos definidos para el Distrito de Manejo Integrado de los Recursos Naturales Renovables (DMI) el Estado, a través de sus instituciones, estructurará los programas y proyectos de inversión, operación, integración interinstitucional, capacitación y de obras de infraestructura que para tal fin deban acometerse a corto, mediano y largo plazo, conforme a lo establecido en el Plan Integral de Manejo.
