ARTICULO 30 . Al personal docente y directivo docente de que trata el presente decreto, se le aplicará la escala de viáticos que rija para el personal administrativo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Los viáticos para el personal docente y directivo docente se calcularán sobre la asignación básica mensual que le corresponda según la escala señalada en el artículo 1º del presente decreto, sin incluir primas, sobresueldos o bonificaciones adicionales.
