ARTICULO 29 . Ningún funcionario docente o administrativo podrá percibir doble porcentaje de los establecidos en los artículos 18, 19,21 y 28, del presente decreto, así como tampoco podrán percibir dobles asignaciones adicionales por horas a que se refieren los artículos 21 y 27, ibídem, ni podrá hacerse reconocer cualquier otro tipo de asignaciones adicionales, porcentajes o primas a cargo de los Fondos de Servicios Docentes u otro rubro o cuenta asignada a los institutos docentes.
