ARTICULO 27 . A partir del 1º de enero de 1991, a los pagadores y a los empleados que cumplan las funciones de secretario general en los institutos docentes de educación básica secundaria y media vocacional, únicamente si atienden tres (3) jornadas, se les reconocerá adicionalmente, el valor equivalente a diez (10) horas cátedra semanales; para este efecto el valor de la hora cátedra será de seiscientos setenta y seis pesos ($676.00) moneda corriente, e implica la permanencia del funcionario en el instituto docente durante doce (12) horas, cuatro (4) en cada jornada.
