ARTICULO 25 . A partir del 1º de enero de 1991, los funcionarios que desempeñan el cargo de carácter administrativo denominado subdirector administrativo del INEM, vinculados con anterioridad al 31 de diciembre de 1981, devengarán como asignación básica mensual la suma de ciento sesenta y siete mil cuatrocientos cincuenta pesos ($167.450.00) moneda corriente, y los nombrados con posterioridad al 1º de enero de 1982, la suma de ciento cincuenta y un mil quinientos pesos ($151.500.00) moneda corriente, mensuales.
