ARTICULO 17 . Los auxilios de movilización y transporte, sólo se harán efectivos en su totalidad si el docente ha prestado realmente sus servicios durante el respectivo mes. Caso contrario, se reconocerá proporcionalmente según el tiempo servido, sin tener en cuenta los motivos que hayan impedido la prestación del servicio.
