ARTICULO 15 . Los educadores oficiales que trabajen en territorios nacionales, o en áreas rurales de difícil acceso o poblaciones apartadas, determinadas previamente por las Juntas Seccionales de Escalafón, y refrendadas por la Junta Nacional de Escalafón recibirán durante los meses de labor académica un auxilio mensual de movilización a partir del 1º de enero de 1991, de tres mil cincuenta pesos ($$3.050.00) moneda corriente.
