ARTICULO 11 . En cualquier momento la autoridad nominadora podrá ordenar la suspensión de la prestación del servicio por horas extras o la terminación de la vinculación por hora cátedra, médica u odontológica, cuando desaparezca la necesidad como consecuencia de la disminución de la demanda del servicio por deserción de alumnos, cierre total o parcial del instituto docente, por reubicación de docentes o por cualquier otro motivo que a juicio de dicha autoridad justifique tal suspensión o terminación.
