ARTICULO 8 o. La autoridad nominadora, en ningún caso, podrá autorizar horas extras dentro del acto administrativo de nombramiento de un educador de tiempo completo, ni podrá incluir en dicha providencia ninguno de los porcentajes o asignaciones adicionales que se determinan en el presente decreto.
