ARTICULO 7o. El servicio por hora extra conforme a lo establecido en el artículo anterior, lo autorizará el rector del respectivo instituto docente, hasta por cinco (5) horas semanales, si es dentro de la misma jornada laboral del educador al cual se le asignó la hora extra, y hasta por diez (10) horas semanales, tratándose de jornada distinta del mismo plantel educativo.
