ARTICULO 6. La hora extra es la efectivamente dictada por un docente de tiempo completo, por encima de la carga académica que le corresponda según las normas vigentes. Para efectos de pago, las novedades por horas extras no trabajadas, se descontarán en el mes siguiente. Ninguna hora extra se reconocerá y pagará como tal, si el docente a quien le fue asignada no atiende durante su jornada la carga académica reglamentaria que le corresponda.
